About this house sitting position in Rockingham
Looking for someone to housesit in an old brick and tile for 90 days (june-august). Quiet neighbours, no pets. As it's a long term sit I am asking for someone to pay for what they use (gas, water, electricity) however I will pay the connection fees which make up most of the bills. For me personally it works out at about $25 per week. Need the lawn mowed regularly but otherwise just look after the house. Large shopping centre, restaurants, gyms, pubs and train station are a short walk (400m -1km). Beach 5kms.
