Safe residential area, Meticulously clean home with secure rear garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Yoga, gym, walking trails, golf, beach, wineries, golf course, restaurants all within 3-5km. WIFI and Netflix / Stan / Etc avail during your stay. Will need own car.

3 indoor cats, all 12 years old, very sweet and playful. Require daily attention and affection. All have access to secure rear yard but passive monitoring required. Must not be left outside for long periods or when not home. Must have experience looking after indoor cats.

Ideal for single or couple. Retired/works from home. Very clean and comfortable home. Must be trustworthy with meticulous approach to home environment and happy to provide regular updates whilst away. Some watering of garden (depends on weather). No guests during the stay, no prohibited behaviour incl. no parties or loud music. Meet and greet prior to sit advantage. Agreement and Photo ID verification required upon confirmation of sit. Detailed handover provided. Great opportunity for repeat sits for the right person.
