3 bedroom, 1bathroom, lockable carport. House situated 10mins walk to beach and shopping. House situated between the McLaren Vale wine district (10 mins drive away and some of South Australia's best beaches). I have a Bichon Frise x Cavalier King Charles dog who loves people, dogs and walks. Also I have an old cat who sleeps a lot. the garden is not too large and I will arrange for the lawns to be cut if you could do some watering. the house has split system air conditioner and fans throughout, which you will need as Adelaide can be very hot and dry at that time of year.
