2 bedrooms, lounge, living/dining, kitchen and bathroom with small treed backyard, all in good condition.

The big plus is a very affectionate 12 year old female chocolate Burmese cat ('Lennie'- she came to us with that name!) who likes to sleep on the bed (and in it in winter) when she is not on a lap or sitting in the sun in the backyard. She's an 'in and out' cat but kept in at night and foodwise is a grazer. You will love her, as we do
