A three bedroom cottage just 10 minutes drive from both Terrigal & Avoca beaches. Public transport is poor. You would need a car. A good train service to Sydney from Gosford railway station - a 20 minute drive. All I would expect is that you care for my neurotic, 5 year old cocker spaniel who loves everyone & water the pot plants.
