About this house sitting position in Toowoomba

Iam looking for someone to look after my friendly cat, Charcoal, and to maintain and water the garden while I'm away. I also expect the house to be kept tidy. I live in a quite cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours. There is a park near by. I am willing at this stage for the person to use my car but the person can use own car, there is a bus stop close by. It is a four bedroom brick house. Thank you.
