About this house sitting position in Umina Beach Central Coast NSW

Hi,
I am a single lady living with my two cats in Umina Beach Central Coast. Its about 1 hour or so north of Sydney.
My unit has 2 bedrooms, in a nice, quiet area & is quite safe. I am in the back unit with a nice garden.
I am going to Melbourne for 1 week Oct 19th Monday & returning the following Sunday 26th October
I am looking for a single lady who has house sitting experience, likes cats & watering a garden in that week.
I live near the beach & near shops, it would be good though if the house sitter has a car.
