Newly renovated home with upstairs guest room with Queen bed, separate bathroom with bath and separate toilet/vanity area. North facing courtyard with covered BBQ area off lounge room. New kitchen with gas cooking. No maintenance backyard except for a little bit of water on plants and cleaning of doggie doo.
5 minute walk to shops,restaurants,cafes, RSL club and supermarket. Leisurely 10 minute walk to beach. Bus stop 50mtrs to Wollongong or other Northern suburbs such as Thirroul and Austinmer.
Strictly no smoking indoors.
MUST LOVE pets. Need to look after 2 small dogs..... 5 month old maltese shitzu X and a 13yr old maltese shtzu X toy poodle. Both are inside dogs and very affectionate. They do like a walk but not essential.
