Dear House sitters

My wife Katya and I will be on holidays in Europe from 21 December 2014 to 30 January 2015 (6 weeks) and we would like to engage (a) responsible, tidy and animal loving house sitter (s) to take care of our home and animals while we are away. We have a 2 year old German Shepherd and 2 cats that will require some attention.

We live at Woy Woy on the NSW Central Coast in a 3 bedroom house on a large block with swimming pool. Our house is on a quiet street. It is within 3-5 minutes' drive to the train station, Woy Woy marina, and all the shops and within 10 min drive from the Umina Beach.

We would require the house sitter to be responsible for the following:

• Feeding the cats twice a day, cleaning their litter every second day, letting the cats out during the day and ensuring that they are inside at night
• Feeding the dog once a day, playing, and showing affection, and having regular walks
• Mow lawn (front and back/ approx. 300m2) as required but approx. once every week to 2 weeks
• Water garden as required
• Clean pool as required
• Start the vehicles (2) for 5 minutes each week to maintain the battery charge
