We are couple in our early 50's living on the beautiful Capricorn coast, we have older style 2 story house that we are in the middle of renovating, the house is fully self contained. We offer 2 bedrooms out of 3 for you to use, your own bathroom, kitchen, dinning and lounge is available, also laundry, shower, toilet and Bbq area downstairs. Large area to park carvan or camper in yard if you choose to stay in your own comfort zone.
Yeppoon has many pubs/ clubs with live entertainment. Beach, island hopping, beach drive access not faraway, boat ramps, bowls, golf, tennis, coffee shops and much more to offer.
We have a 1 year old cat needs to feed, and to be lock up in house at night. Have a few gardens that need watering, you may eat the vegs that are available that time you are here.
Perfect for grey nomads, someone needing a break from traveling in a slice of our paradise.
