Comfortable home right on Pitt Water. Lots of sun, almost endless water views. You can kayak from the bottom of the garden or sit in the spa and soak up the view. Cat (Coruba) is a cuddle cat and needs companionship at night. Chooks need to be fed and locked into their coop at night. Door opens automatically every morning.
