About this house sitting position in Claremont

I have a 3 1/2 year old Golden Retriever, who is very well socialised with both people and other dogs.

I would need the sitter to walk her daily, and/or take her to the park, brush her daily. She also needs her paws washed after every walk or visit to the park (allergies). She also has medication daily for her allergies.

I have a two story house in a sought-after location. It's close to the Claremont Quarter and Floreat Forum shopping centres. It's also a five minute walk to the train, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the river.

There is parking in the garage for the sitter. The spare room has its own bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe. There is also Netflix. There is a small backyard.
