About this house sitting position in Gelorup

We live in a semi rural area 10 minutes south of Bunbury on an acre and a half. The property has large shady trees and some grass areas and garden. The house is a large, clean, non smoking, air conditioned residence with tank water for the house and bore for the reticulated garden. Pots would need watering and the irrigation observed to check there are no problems. The sitter/s could stay in the spare room or use the extra large garage to park their own van. We have a 12 year old Border Collie who requires feeding morning and night and a daily walk. She is quiet and friendly. We are a 2 hour drive to Perth City and about an hour's drive to the Dunsborough/Yallingup region.
