About this house sitting position in Kensington

I'm heading away for 10 days and looking for a reliable, caring house sitter to look after my 2 cats and 6 chickens while I'm gone. Yard and house maintenance isn’t required, my main priority is making sure the animals are safe, fed, and content.

**Please note that due to a frog pond on the property, unfortunately, I won't feel comfortable with children staying for safety reasons.**
The house is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom 1950s Australian home. It’s simple and functional, with air conditioning/heating in the kitchen, front room, and study. Laundry room has a washer and dryer. With a brick wall at the front of the property and a secure carport, you'll feel quite safe in the area. There's also reliable internet, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to Farmer Jacks for essentials.

Cats:
Henry (fluffy white and tabby) was an outdoor explorer but he is now getting used to his enclosed patio and cat run.
Kraken (tuxedo) is an inside cat but she can be full of energy.
Both are quite chatty but play time each day helps them settle, at which point, they curl up and sleep for hours.

Chickens:
Daily feeding, fresh water and collecting occasional eggs. If the weather is hot, watering the ground around the coop to keep the area cool will be needed. Read more...
