Modern second-floor one bedroom apartment in great location, right in the heart of Marrickville, with lift access.
Close to shops, pubs, live music venues, parks and transport, and with easy access to the city.
Suit single person who likes vintage and mid-century decor!
You will be looking after Marvin, a ten-year-old, indoor-only black cat who is friendly and affectionate, and Monkey, a three-year-old, indoor-only black cat who is skittish and shy.
Twice daily feedings, topping up their water and keeping their litter box clean is all that is required, but they also like attention - on their terms - and will sometimes cuddle up next to you to watch tv or sleep.
There is also a large north facing terrace, with lots of pot plants that need watering daily, plus a bird feeder and birdbath to top-up as required for the visiting magpies and butcher birds.
