About this house sitting position in Tugun

Hello, we are looking for someone to pet and house sit while we are away. The house is located about 2km from Tugun beach and Tugun village. The nearest cafe and local shops just 2min drive down the road, otherwise bigger shops, cafes, bottle shop, petrol station and more is located around the Tugun village. Every Saturday fresh produce markets just 5min drive in Palm Beach. There is a lot to explore in nearby area and I’m happy to provided more details upon request.

We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a small garden that does not require any maintenance while we are away. We have a great relationship with our neighbours and they will be happy to assist if anything comes up. The house is cosy and easy to look after, we have couple of bikes, small gym set up, rowing machine, and SUP boards available plus swimming pool within the complex. Parking available (driveway)

We have one rescue dog - Ruby. She is a fairly large, staffy x kelpie mix. She is well trained, walks beautifully on the lead, no pulling towards other dogs or people. She spends most of the day on her bed with occasional trip to the garden. She loves her food and will come around as soon as she hears pots and pans in action.. even though she is a very low maintenance dog she does enjoy having someone around. We walk/run/take her for a swim frequently. She needs about 1.5 - 2h exercise/walk a day, she is great coffee companion dog 🐕😁
