More information about this house sitter
Hi We are Mika 59 (Huntington Beach Cal) and Toddy 62 (Margaret River West OZ) . I just sold my manufacturing business in Cal and now have the ability to travel with my partner of 6 years, Toddy, who lives in Margaret River, Western Australia.
We live 6 months in California and 6 months in Australia and will be house sitting together. He is a semi-retired documentary filmmaker and has owned accom and AirBnb’s. We own a house in West OZ and a home in the snowy mountains of Hokkaido, Japan.
We are both animal lovers, love to travel and enjoy cooking. We are responsible and trustworthy and are able to handle any challenges that may arise.
We have over 25, 5 star reviews on Trusted House sitters but are new to this site -we joined in Nov 2026.

Two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Mika and Richard are kind, friendly, attentive, and great communicators. They arrived early so I could introduce them to my dogs and they hit the ground running. The perfect amount of communication and zero stress. I look forward to having them visit again.
