Hi, I'm Liam, 30M. I'm an Australian citizen with a Vietnamese background, currently in the process of moving back to Sydney from Oslo, Norway, after nearly two years abroad.

Before relocating, I worked as a social worker (in child protection and disability) and in student engagement at Macquarie University, up until the end of 2023.

I live with my girlfriend (originally from Germany) and our two cats (domestic short/medium hair, born in Australia) - THEY WON'T BE WITH ME WHEN I AM HOUSE SITTING.

We're in the process of relocating our two cats. Due to our strict but understandable biosecurity regulations, they won't be allowed to return until at least October 2025. Therefore my plan is that I’ll be moving back first in July to set up our life before they join me in October. This allows me to house sit while working and waiting for them.

I'm currently looking for a house-sitting opportunity that offers a quiet space and the company of animals. They would help keep me company while I work, set up and wait for my girlfriend to arrive.

I will either stay with my family in Revesby or get a hotel/airbnb upon my arrival in July so I can be flexible with the date for the right house sitting opportunity.

About me:

I have experience caring for both dogs and cats (I grew up with dogs)

I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of property and neighbours

I expect to be working full-time, so I can walk the dog(s) in the early morning and after work, as well as spend a lot of time cuddling/playing if i work from home.
