About Me

I’m a 60-year-old solo traveller who loves exploring new places, meeting people and discovering what makes each community unique. I’ve been house sitting full-time since February 2026 and absolutely loving it!

I’m own my own home in Lake Macquarie, NSW, and understand how important it is to know that your home and belongings are in safe, respectful hands while you’re away. I’m trustworthy, calm, quiet, clean and tidy, and I treat every home I stay in with the same care and respect I would give my own.

I work remotely, so wherever my laptop is, I can work. This gives me plenty of flexibility and means I’m often home to keep home safe and your pets company. I genuinely enjoy looking after animals, plants and gardens. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so house sitting gives me the wonderful opportunity to enjoy the company of animals while travelling.

I have one grown daughter and lead a quiet, healthy and active lifestyle. I love walking, being outdoors and exploring, but I’m equally happy enjoying a peaceful evening at home. I’m a non-smoker and considerate of neighbours, property and routines.

I’m an experienced traveller and comfortable settling into new places, working independently and making myself at home without needing lots of fuss or supervision.

Most importantly, I understand that you’re trusting me with two very important things: your home and your pets. I take that responsibility seriously.
