We are a retired couple in our seventies with several years of house-sitting experience gained through word of mouth and other house-sitting platforms.

Both of us are ex-military with over 25 years of service, and we pride ourselves on being clean, trustworthy, organised and respectful of other people’s homes. We love dogs of all breeds and sizes and have happily spent many days with loyal little “shadows” by our side.

We enjoy a quiet lifestyle and spend most of our time at home reading, doing crafts and gardening, which means your pets receive plenty of companionship, care and attention throughout the day.

Having recently moved to Queensland, we are looking forward to enjoying a variety of house sits across the North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas.

When we commit to a house sit, we take that responsibility seriously. You can feel confident that we will honour our commitment and be there as agreed.

Pet Care

We believe pets feel happiest when their normal routines are maintained. We take care to follow your established feeding, sleeping, walking and play schedules so your pets remain relaxed and comfortable while you are away.

Because we spend most of our time at home, your pets will have plenty of company and won’t be left alone for long periods.

As previous homeowners ourselves, we understand the responsibility involved in caring for a property and are very security conscious. You can be confident that your home will be well maintained and respected while you are away.

We are non-smokers and always respectful of neighbours and the surrounding community.
