Hi, we're Adrian and Tara, a relaxed, considerate married couple who love animals, nature and a peaceful home.

Adrian runs his own technology and wellbeing-focused businesses remotely, while Tara is a meditation and yoga teacher with a passion for mindfulness and wellbeing. Remote work allows Adrian to spend plenty of time at home, giving pets company and keeping their familiar routines.

Between the two of us, we've had multiple dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, mice and fish throughout our lives. We're familiar with the everyday responsibilities of caring for pets and appreciate that each animal has its own personality, habits and needs. We'd happily follow your instructions for feeding, exercise and care, and give your pets plenty of attention.

We'd treat your home with care and respect, keep it clean, tidy and secure, and look after plants as agreed. We're happy to send regular updates and photos while you're away so you can feel comfortable knowing how things are going.

We're exploring northern NSW and south-east Queensland as we decide where to settle, with a particular interest in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. We love green surroundings, beach walks and relaxed evenings at home. We're interested in sits from one or two weeks through to a couple of months, subject to existing bookings.

We enjoy house sitting because it gives us a chance to settle into a neighbourhood and make a meaningful exchange: a peaceful place to stay in return for thoughtful care of your home and pets.
