Hi All


We are Nic (39), Mandy (43), Jed (6) and Stu (8, very lazy Staffy), and we have been travelling around Australia in our caravan for about 18 months. We are from Perth, WA and have been loving exploring this beautiful country on our big adventure. We have just spent four months in Tasmania and are now in Victoria.


I (Mandy) work remotely for the mines so its been great to be able to keep working while we travel. I work a few days a week so love having time to explore with the family.


Nic grew up on a farm in Zambia and is a qualified Carpenter and Landscaper/Horticulturist. He is extremely handy and great at problem solving. He has 20 experience in the construction industry from Tier 1 builds to residential. He also has extensive farming experience from machinery operation to general farm work. His family farm was a mixed agricultural operation with beef, chicken and sheep and he was very involved in the day to day running of it.


We have previously farm sat in WA before our travels and have lined up a farm sit in Victoria over Christmas (20th December to 4th January). We will be looking after horses, sheep and chickens while the owners are away. I worked on a race horse farm in New Zealand so I’m comfortable with handling horses.


We are all extremely excited about spending more time in a rural environment. We all love animals and can’t wait to meet some new friends along the way.


We have a house in Perth that we are renting out while we are travelling. After our travels, we are looking at getting our own farm back in WA so we are closer to our families.
