More information about this house sitter

I'm a stable, responsible older guy seeking a quieter life in the country, ideally near the ocean. I'd like to do some house sitting for a year or two before settling. I'm very good with dogs - have had two family 'oodles. My friends have German Shepherds, so I have experience with big dogs too.

I don't smoke and only occasionally drink alcohol. I like to keep my surroundings neat and clean, eg. I prefer to wash dishes immediately rather than let things accumulate and use the dishwasher.
