More information about this house sitter

Hey there, I'm Katie and have currently been a nurse for 2 years. I work through Peninsula Health at the main hospital campus in Frankston. Grown up at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, my heart is set in the forest but also by the bay. I'm currently looking to stay close to work, to avoid the commute from Home everyday. The past two years I've been down the Peninsula and slowly getting to know the area.

I admit I am new to house sitting but will be getting my first experience from December 2025 to January 2026, when a colleague is away on holiday. This will include looking after a 4 year old French bulldog.

Although I don't have my own fur babies currently, my sister has two dogs which I sometimes wish I could steal..
I've previously house shared and rented with others so I understand the values of respect and privacy. I would aim to keep the house clean and limit my activity to one or areas while you're away.
I love hiking, nature and long walks. I'll be more than happy to take your pups for walkies. Just let me know your regular regime, rules and any preferences.
As a nurse, I'm not squeamish of cleaning up the 'unmentionable', which comes with the responsibility of pets.

I should mention that with nursing, comes the inevitable shift work. I normally have a balanced roster with not too many 'late earlies' (PM to AM) shifts. I will be available either before or after work to make sure your pet gets some activity.
Besides that, I attend a local church off Cranbourne road in Frankston on a Sunday, the odd appointment on a Monday or hike if the weather's nice.
