Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to read this.
My name is Rebecca (I'm often called Bee) and I work for Head Space. My partner’s name is Rick and he works in renewable energy sector.
We are mature, friendly, reliable, dedicated and genuinely really enthusiastic about animals and taking care of the land. I am a teacher with a Masters in International Development and an insatiable love of all animals.
I work from home full time.
I have been privileged to care for many animals and homes as a sitter and have been house and pet sitting for the last 6 years.
For most of my sits, I have used Trusted Housesitters - where I have nothing but five star reviews.
We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of other peoples homes, gardens and especially of course their animals.

I grew up in rural north west NSW, Australia, with every animal you can imagine (including rescue Kangaroos) but have called Sydney and the lovely South Coast home for the past decade or so while working and pursuing further study.
I have extensive experience with a range of dogs, along with chooks, horses, cats, goats etc, farm animals.
I do not smoke and seldom drink alcohol.
I aim to live sustainably and to leave minimal impact wherever I go treating everything and everyone with respect and kindness.
I genuinely delight in cleaning and relish leaving spaces fresh and uncluttered, often, neater and cleaner than I find them.
I'm probably borderline over the top when it comes to cleaning, but I can rein it in if that's preferred.
I am fortunate to work remotely and this allows me to continue to foster a deeply felt connection to land and ideally, get back to more rural dwellings with the unparalleled, delightful company of animals.
Conventional travel/tourist life has never been for me. I love to stay in a place and get a good feel for life there, getting to know the land and the people who reside there.
My idea of heaven is a quiet coastal property (hopefully with animals for company and a few good books and maybe some vinyl if I'm really lucky).
I prefer fragrance free living due to a medical reactivity so I don’t use candles or anything like that.
Growing up with a range of animals and more recently taking care of our family's anxious rescue dog has given me an acute understanding of the need to find trusted, kind people who are able to competently, reliably take care of your home and pets, so that you can be away without worry.
