Hello!
I am 46 years young and from the UK. Currently residing in Australia. I love life here in Oz. I have a passion and love for travel but, more than anything I love having the comfort of a home when and as I travel.
So combine travelling, with a comfy home and a few pets on the side and you have what I believe is called "Perfection".

I am single and travel / housesit alone.
I am an animal lover so much so that I am currently transitioning my self employed business from working with humans to animals! Who wouldn't want to do that! Less stress and more fun ;-)

I am an animal lover, firstly and for most though; a dog lover. My first dog “Hoffman” was a chocolate Labrador puppy. I got him at 7 weeks when I was 26 years old. When he passed away at 12yrs. I decided to start fostering and adopting dogs. Predominantly Labradors.

I have helped rescue, transport, house check and rehome many dogs over the years for several charities in the UK and, in total I ended up fostering 13 of those dogs and adopted 6 of them.
All the dogs I fostered and or adopted were rescued and were either abandoned, from unwanted family homes, puppy farms or fight rings.
Most of the dogs in some way shape or form had some form of emotional issues, mobility or physical issues and I loved each of them.
The youngest dog I have fostered was a blind 6 month old with water on the brain. The eldest was a beautiful15 year old and I adopted her for her final months. I have a thing for adopting the elderly ones, they are my favourite.

I love nothing more than to bring a rescue into my home and show him / her what real love is and give them quality of life, no matter what they’ve been through and how old they were.

Throughout my life I’ve had experience with many other types of dogs including German Shepherds, Terriers, Pomeranians and Staffy's. I’ve also looked after cats, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, horses, ponies, indoor birds, chickens, rabbits and even a dragon once!

I consider myself to be very level headed, kind, calm and flexible. I am very easy going but have learnt over the years to honour my values.
My idea of fun nowadays is anything to do with animals, nature, swimming, reading, learning to cook healthy and looking after my mind, body, soul.
I don’t drink or take drugs. I am on a massive health kick and am learning how to look after my mind and body to the best degree possible. It’s a big journey and I'm loving it so far!
Life for me is all about connection, and animals, water and nature bring me that peace, joy and connection I crave in life. A wild night for me is a matcha and a movie.

I work from home a few hours a week so if I am looking after your pet I will be with them most of the day.
I drive and have my own car and if you allow it I would take your dog (if that’s what I’m looking after) out with me for gentle walks and explore the local area whilst grabbing a coffee somewhere dog friendly.
The only time I would leave your pet at home is to go to a supermarket or pop to a shop. I would also abide by any rules and or routines that you have in place for your pets, including food, walking, treats, manners, training etc.

I am very clean and tidy. I like to live in a clean clutter free home, so you don't need to worry about coming home to a mess, it will probably cleaner when you come home than when you left! haha

Finally, I pride myself in being honest, loyal and always straightforward. Authenticity, trust and sovereignty are my highest values.

Please note that I do have a home in NSW. I am not looking for a place to stay because I have nowhere to live. I am choosing to do this because I love to travel and would like to combine this element with the luxury of home, new experiences, making new friends and meeting new animals.

I would like to travel all over Australia so am open to homesit in all locations. I will consider anywhere.
Minimum time would be a week ideally to make it worth my time travelling. Although I will consider anything anywhere. I choose homesits, places and people who “feel” right to me. Integrity is key.
Knowing I can provide the best care for your home and pet is of the upmost importance to me.
