I’m Brooke, and my wife Kerryn and I are travelling Australia in our 2022 Snowy River 18ft caravan. We’re looking for longer house sits of 20 days plus. Particularly drawn to coastal acreage, hobby farms and rural properties where we can enjoy the outdoors and care for animals and the property while the owners are away.

I’m an experienced professional handyman and have recently stepped away from my own business. I’m very comfortable with tools, general property maintenance. We travel with our own comprehensive set of tools.

Kerryn and I are both passionate about animals. She is currently studying her Certificate II in Animal Care online while we travel, and we’re happy caring for dogs, cats, chickens and other animals. We can also manage basic care such as feeding and watering, and brushing horses etc provided it’s a manageable number rather than a full-scale working farm.

We also travel with our two much-loved cats, Lily and Gracie. They are indoor cats and travel safely in their own portable enclosure, so they are never allowed to roam the property. Our caravan is fully self-contained with its own toilet and shower, meaning we can live comfortably in our own space without relying on the owners’ home while we concentrate on caring for their property and animals.

We’re quiet, respectful, independent and take pride in leaving every property clean, secure and well cared for. We understand that inviting someone to look after your home and animals requires trust, and we’re happy to follow your routines, provide updates and photos while you’re away, and treat your home and property as if they were our own.
