Hello!

We’re Britt & Josh, a married couple looking for some house sitting opportunities to help us get onto the property ladder. After getting married in New Zealand in early 2025, we returned home focused on building our future together — including saving for our first home and running two small businesses side by side.

We both work casually at our other jobs so we have flexible schedules and spend a lot of time at home working on our web design business and mobile golf simulator. This means your property won’t be left unattended for long periods of time, and any pets will receive consistent care, company, and attention. We’re naturally tidy, respectful, and proactive — if something needs doing, we do it.

We have been previously employed as Live In Caretakers for a luxury resort in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland for 18 months which involved many aspects such as grounds maintenance, house keeping and guest services.

We currently have accommodation in Everton Park with a family in exchange for yard and pool maintenance, cleaning and laundry. Unfortunately the family is selling so we are looking for our next place to call home.

We both have a love for all animals and dream of the day we can have our own pets. We've both grown up with cats, dogs, birds, rats and being a kiwi Britt has also looked after her own flock of sheep.

We live a quiet lifestyle, we are really focused on building our life together, and genuinely enjoy settling into a space and caring for it properly. Our goal is always to leave a home in the same (or better) condition than we found it, and to give homeowners complete peace of mind while they’re away.
