Hi, I'm Mirica!

I'm a calm, caring and reliable animal lover who understands how important it is to know your home and pets are in safe hands while you're away.

I recently moved to Canberra and am currently based in Tralee, where I'm living with a lovely family and their two Golden Retrievers. I work three days a week in a hybrid role with UNSW. My flexible schedule allows me to spend plenty of time giving pets the care, companionship, and routine they deserve.

I've cared for dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and fish throughout my life, including senior pets that needed medication and extra care. I've also completed several house and pet sits for friends, so I understand the trust that comes with looking after someone's home and beloved pets.

One of the things I enjoy most is getting to know each pet's unique personality. Whether it's a long walk, playtime, quiet company or simply sticking to their normal routine, I love helping animals feel safe, relaxed and loved while their family is away.

Outside of work, I'm very much a homebody, so you'll often find me reading, cooking or enjoying a quiet evening at home. I'm happy to help with everyday home care too, including watering plants, collecting mail, basic garden maintenance and keeping everything clean and tidy.

Communication is important to me, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

I'm available for weekend, holiday and longer-term house sits and would love the opportunity to care for your home and your furry family members. I have a Police Check, a full driver's licence, references available, and I'm a non-smoker.
