Hi, I’m Trent. I’m a calm, grounded person who really values peace, presence, and looking after the space I’m in.

I work online from home helping people become more aware of their breathing habits, their stress patterns, and the ways they can bring more calm and regulation into their lives. So I naturally live a pretty steady lifestyle myself. I enjoy quiet time, walking, keeping things simple, and treating a home with care and respect.

I’ve raised a family, so I understand responsibility and I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your home and pets in someone else’s hands. My aim is always to make things easy for you and to care for your place in a way that feels respectful, clean, and dependable.

If you have pets, I’m very happy to keep them company and care for them in a gentle, attentive way. I’m patient, easygoing, and I understand that animals do best when they feel safe and settled.
