Hi there! We’re Marissa and Tom, a mixed Australian and English couple with a decade of house and pet-sitting experience across Australia, the UK, and Europe. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for pets, homes and gardens.

We both grew up close and connected to animals, so we understand that pets are true members of the family. We’ve looked after or owned: dogs including Poodles, Chihuahuas, Kelpies, Staffies, Terriers, Sheepdogs, Maremmas, Maltese, Dachshunds, Cavoodles and other -oodles; cats; tortoises; fish; goats; chickens, geese, and ducks. We are experienced with senior animals, medications, and trained in animal first aid. We’re always expanding our pet care knowledge.
We commit to maintaining pets’ familiar routines to ensure their happiness and well-being, we find that everyone settles in well and enjoys being together.
We honour and respect your home, keeping your space clean and tidy, tending the garden and indoor plants, or managing day-to-day tasks. We ensure everything is as you left it – or better – when you return. We are quick to respond and communicate and offer regular updates and photos for your peace of mind.

Marissa is born and raised in Southeast Queensland and works part-time as a counsellor and holistic health practitioner. She ran her own business for 10+ years, has a hands-on practical nature, values common sense, intuition, and a calm presence with pets.

Tom is originally from the UK and now calls Australia home. He works an environmental project manager. He's an experienced gardener and has good handyman skills, having renovated his own house in London.
