Hi! My name is Danie, I am a 30-year-old woman originally from Germany and currently living in Australia. I speak English and German fluently.

I grew up with a German Shepherd and a black cat, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. As a teenager, I also had five guinea pigs, which taught me responsibility, routine, and how to care for smaller animals with patience and attention.

Back home, I regularly look after my best friend’s blind cat, who sometimes needs medication (tablets). I am calm, gentle, and confident when it comes to special-needs pets, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I also frequently take care of a black West Highland Terrier belonging to a close friend. He is very temperamental and energetic, so I am used to handling strong personalities with patience, structure, and positive reinforcement.

Additionally, my partner has a very energetic Australian Shepherd who has been a big part of my life for the past eight months. I look after him several times a week, including long walks, playtime, mental stimulation, and daily routines.

At the moment, I am house sitting two French Bulldogs and one cat in the south of Sydney until the end of January, so I am very familiar with daily routines, walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and giving pets lots of love and attention.

I currently work as a bartender in a restaurant, which means I have a lot of free time during the day for long walks, cuddles, playtime, and keeping your pets company.

I am responsible, calm, clean, and respectful of other people’s homes. I treat every home as if it were my own and always make sure your pets feel comfortable, loved, and safe while you’re away.
