My husband and I are both mature animal lovers.
We are quiet non smokers and non drinkers.

We love all animals but have a huge soft spot for cats, I (Julie) grew up in a home full of cats, dogs, birds, fish, guinea pigs etc but have been cat owners ourselves since 1999. When on holidays, we always seek out pets to cuddle.

We are incredibly quiet homebodies who prefer an evening on the couch watching tv with purrbabies than going out.

We have used sitters in the past many times so understand how stressful it can be finding someone to care for your home and your precious furbabies.

Now, for the first time in 20+ years, we find ourselves sadly without purring furbabies and we miss that. Hence, we are offering our services to babysit for you.

We thought we could help others who need a loving pet sitter and we could also enjoy the company that pets give as we are not ready to get purrbabies.

unlike many other sitters, we aren't wanting to sit to get free rent, we want to sit to get cuddles and enjoy their antics.

We have done a number of sits in our suburb over the past few months that we found via the local community group on Facebook which is why we have minimal reviews on here (13 in total, and have repeat "clients" aka our furry nieces and nephews)

We are available for a few days or a few weeks, at short notices. We are very happy for kitties to sleep with us.

Please be assured, your purry children will be spoiled rotten and loved while you are away. I am used to (oral) medicating cats as our babies required extra care.

We have owned our own homes for 2o years and therefore very respectful of others homes. I (Julie) don't work so will be home a lot to spend time with your beloved furbabies and my husband works for the State Government in Leederville.

Your place - aircon (in summer is a must), good Wi-Fi and Foxtel/Netflix/Disney etc is appreciated (as I'm home a lot).
A shower that is not in a bathtub (dodgy knees). The quieter the better. We love peace & quiet.

Also, we are unfortunately unable to look after extremely geriatric or very ill pets, we find it too stressful on us and the pet.

And we are unable to do sits out of the metro area due to Steve's work. If it's a short sit, then we can sit a bit further away but depends where.

References and police clearance available (Steve has to be cleared to work for the WA Government).
Happy to sign an agreement as we've used them when we required sitters.
