Hello! We are a family consisting of Nikola and Chris, along with our two well-behaved boys, Daniel (5) and Adam (3).

**Can we take care of your pets?** Absolutely! We love animals and have previously owned two dogs—a bulldog named Beefy and a terrier named Missy—who, unfortunately, have passed away. We are looking forward to welcoming a new puppy in the near future.

**Can we handle home maintenance?** Yes! I am a qualified builder and a part-owner of a building company that I have been running for over 20 years. I also have some tools with me. If any issues arise, I can either fix them myself or arrange for a professional to do so. I would be happy to provide a link to our website if you’re interested!

**Will we be respectful of your property?** Definitely! As owners of rental properties and an Airbnb, we understand what we expect from tenants, and we will treat your home with the utmost care as if it were our own. If you’d like, I can share the link to our Airbnb for your reference.

**Will we respect your neighbours?** Yes! We would be happy to provide references from our neighbours on either side. Feel free to ask for their opinions.

**Will we be working during our stay?** Nikola works four hours a day in bookkeeping for the building company.
