We're Lisa & Joe and together with our two kids (and senior pug Hulk) are looking for a house-sitting opportunity in Queensland.

We're currently building our forever home in Melbourne, and before life becomes busy again, we've been given a rare opportunity to slow down.

Our son starts school next year, so this feels like the perfect chance to spend some uninterrupted quality time together as a family while enjoying everything Queensland has to offer. We also have family in Queensland, so being nearby is an added bonus.

I'm taking a step back from a demanding corporate career for a short period, while my husband is taking long service leave after years of working significant overtime. Rather than taking a traditional holiday, we're looking forward to a simpler pace of life: time outdoors, exploring nature, and making special memories with our children.

We genuinely love caring for homes and animals. We've previously had house sitters care for our own home, so we understand exactly how important it is to leave owners feeling completely at ease. We know the relief of returning to a spotless home and happy pets whose routines have been maintained.
