Hi! My name is Daniel, 32 and Mexican-Australian.
I'm a sustainability consultant and have lived in St Kilda, Melbourne for over 9 years. My wife and I recently went on a big campervan trip since June 2024 - so we packed all of our stuff and have been on the road in Canada and US since! She's now pregnant and we will have our baby in the Netherlands (my wife is Dutch) in August!
Due to work, I do need to be back in Melbourne for a few weeks (only myself - the wife will be in Europe already), so I'm looking to pet sit or house sit during this period to keep costs down.
Will go to the office 2-3 days a week, the rest work from home (and hopefully have a great furry companion when doing so!), very clean, tidy, do not smoke, love beer (I own a micro-brewery in Melbourne with a few colleagues, called The Zythologist), like to play guitar and sax (don't worry, I'm not bringing those with me!), and like to go to the gym (almost) every morning.
Have cared for animals all my life. Have a preference for cats -having had most recently our loving Mona (the beautiful ragdoll you can see in my photos) for many years till she sadly passed away last year- but have had and love dogs and other animals too!
