Hello, Ross and I are newly retired, and looking forward to discovering a whole different view of our world in the coming years. We have been proud house owners for nearly five decades, raised our family, and now, we would love to look after your home, and pets, so that you can go on holiday, or whatever the reason, with confidence that your home and beloved pet(s) are in very very good hands. We have had a number of pets ourselves, cats, and our beloved dog ChiffyLu, whom we had to say goodbye to recently after a wonderful 17 years with her.
Our initial reason for wanting to house/pet sit is that we will be between homes for a period of three to four months - Oct 25 - Mar 2026. After that, we feel it is a great way to see diiferent parts of Australia - to start with.
We are quiet people, do not smoke. We commit to caring for your home as if it were ours, keeping it clean and tidy, including your yard and plants. We would care for your beloved pets as if they were ours. We will give as much affection as they will allow or like. Taking them for walks, and whatever the play/exercise routine is.
Happy to meet up. Can provide references on request.
