Dee & Damian - integrity and respect

We are a family of three including mum (Dee), dad (Damian) and our son (9). We value integrity, kindness, respect and community.

We own our own home and understand the importance of respecting the home spaces of others. We will take care to keep your home clean and tidy, your garden watered and tended and your pets and animals settled, healthy and cared for. We will treat your home, property and animals with the utmost respect and with consideration of your privacy. We will follow your instructions and requirements carefully and are happy to discuss specific requirements you may have about any aspect and keep you updated as often as you would like. We are non smokers and non drinkers.

We are new to min-a home but have had experience house and pet sitting for family, friends and friends of friends.

Both Damian and Dee grew up with pets including dogs, fish and birds. We have had our own chooks and currently keep native bees. We have minded guinea pigs, cats, chickens, geese and a goat. Unfortunately we are unable to live with dogs these days but are keen to look after all other animals.

We are confident looking after gardens and have experience tending to ornamental, veggie and permaculture gardens. We can use mowers, hedgers, whipper snippers and other gardening tools. Damian in particular is very handy.

We enjoy exploring the outdoors, especially bushwalking. We love the natural environment and being in quiet peaceful spaces. At home we enjoy making acoustic music, gardening and spending time with good people.

Dee is a scientist and support worker. As a support worker she has had numerous Police checks and working with children checks. Damian is an engineer. We are currently home schooling our son so are available both during and outside of school holidays.

Our son is a calm, intuitive, respectful and sensible kid who loves reading, being outside and learning. He prefers to let animals come to him when they are comfortable.
