Hi, it feels good to step out of the boat and extend my broad base of caring for others, while giving myself a little time out. Yes.. this includes furry, feathered or fishy friends. I also have quite a green thumb and would love to look after any plants.

I'm a self confessed introvert who enjoys quiet spaces where I can engage in one of my great loves of writing.

Time with my family, travelling, a good coffee and delectable piece of cake, learning a 2nd language (currently Italian), music and relaxing are also high on my list of loves, along with many other things.

I have done housesitting for family and friends over the years (including overseas), and would be delighted to look after your home as if it were my own.

My preference for now is to build a base close to home and extend as time and opportunity allow.
