“If I could rate 0 stars, it would be more accurate. Unfortunately I had to leave before Ella could arrive to my house, and so I trusted her to make her way in thru the back door and the keys were inside. Rookie mistake, I know. She agreed to come to my place at 5pm. I asked to call- She declined and said she doesn’t answer calls and she isn’t available to FaceTime. That was the first red flag. Then I ask her to please let me know that she had arrived, especially worried about my dog. She was quite upset about the fact that I asked to call. By the time it got to 8pm, I asked her if she had safely arrived, but again, no answer. I had to cancel the sit and find someone else. Absolutely no reassurance and made me so damn anxious.”

The review is untruthful and false; does not accurately reflect the situation. I was given conflicting information about the keys, told the back door was “left open” and no keys, told to complete unnecessary FaceTime calls, and dates were not clearly confirmed. Also accused of “being a stranger” and disrespectful paranoid comments. Attempts to ensure the pet’s safety were unsuccessful. Clear communication and arrival confirmation are essential, and unfortunately, these requirements were not met, so the sit did not proceed. I do not engage in arrangements that feel unsafe, controlling or harassment.
