Hi pet and home owners,

I'm Caris — a psychotherapist and remote professional currently relocating to the East Coast of Australia with intention. I've completed multiple sits across WA, including repeat stays with the same owners, and I'm heading across to NSW from August.

I work from home online, so I'm mostly present throughout the day, not just morning and evening. Your pets have company, routines stay intact, and the house stays lived-in rather than sitting empty. All I need is wi-fi.

I'm clean, calm and organised — non-smoker, non-drinker, fragrance-free. I treat every home as my own and take the trust that comes with that seriously. My aim is simple: you come home to everything as you left it, sometimes a little better. I'm happy to take on extra jobs like mowing while I'm there.

I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, guinea pigs, sheep and cows, and I know routine matters to animals when their people are away. I send regular updates and photos so you're not left wondering how things are going.

I hold a current police check, Working With Children Check, First Aid certificate and Bronze Medallion, and I'm happy to provide references.

I'm grateful for a contribution for sits. For longer stays or sits needing extra care, a contribution is warmly appreciated. You can expect a professional standard throughout: clear communication, reliability, and your home cared for. Please note that during peak periods (November–February and June–July), a nightly rate may apply. Just ask and I can give you the details.

As I'm generally already committed to a sit, or often in transit to the next one, I'm not always able to meet in person beforehand. I'm very happy to connect via video call or phone to introduce myself and talk through the details, so we both feel good before committing.
