I grew up on a farm in Austria, where caring for animals — including my German Shepherd — shaped my sense of responsibility early in life. Later I became a chemical engineer and entrepreneur. Now retired, I live in Switzerland as an Austrian citizen. I have family in Applecross Western Australia, where my daughter Eva(13y) lives, and I have been there several times. While I take care of my present duties at place, I also use the chance to visit family when duty allows.
