I'm Felicia and I'm looking for a short term accommodation for myself and my sweet kitty. I've had to pack up my home and put it in storage to hopefully find a space where my little guy and I can enjoy a change of scenery for a few months while I save some money and map out a plan for our future!

I'm 36 years old and have a bunch of chronic health conditions, so I'm not currently working (but working on a Disability Support Pension application) and have minimal life commitments other than my health management - which leaves me with time to give love to and care for someone else's beloved fur family (and plants if necessary, because I really love plants and have a lot of my own, in their own temporary accommodation!)

Despite my chronic health conditions and needing to pace myself with rest every so often, I very much have the capacity to care for other creatures (unless there's of course a LOT of walking required, in which case I just might have to spread that out over a day or find other ways to engage with the beloved cuties so their cups are filled and needs are met! I understand the necessity of certain animals needing the right kind of engagement, as I had a dog some years back, who had a lot of challenges with severe separation anxiety and reactivity to dogs. I also used to work with children, and that's given me a great foundation in life, to understanding not just the individual needs of humans but cats and dogs too!

I'm super chill, I love listening to music (but can do that quietly with headphones! 🤭), being in and around nature, trying to get creative with drawing/ painting/ photography or anything crafty that I've got the capacity for on the day, really!

I more recently used to work as a venue manager of a large live music venue in the city, for 3 and a half years, so I can confidently declare that I am caring, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. Before that, I worked other hospitality jobs but more importantly I spent 7 years working in early childhood education (which I believe would also support these claims about myself! 😆)

My little guy is called Ren.. he's sweet, super friendly and sometimes quite funny! He's about a year old, incredibly intelligent, very responsive to my guidance, curious and playful but also really loves his naps and down time.

We're very much clean and tidy, particularly as our belongings will be minimal, and I have the utmost respect other people's spaces, having learnt this during childhood in the way I was raised.
