Hi! I’m Emily, 36, I work remotely so I'm lucky enough to travel around housesitting looking after gorgeous pets along the way! Recently I cared for two beautiful dogs George & Oreo. Before that I was lucky to spend time with Monte & Marli in Noosa. And prior to that a lovely 3-year-old black cat named Dora, in Rainbow Bay. I work in communications for a purpose-driven start-up, which means I’m independent, reliable, and home most of the day - perfect for pets that love company. I'm always up for a couple of walks a day if you have an energetic pup!

These sits have included everything from walking dogs and feeding routines, making special meals for them, to giving medication, cleaning up after them, but most importantly, keeping them relaxed and loved while their humans are away.

In December 2024, I cared for Pippa, a lively Jack Russell recovering from surgery. She needed medication twice daily and wore a cone to stop her chewing her stitches. I kept her calm and cuddled, and she found her way into my bed each night! (I'm a light-touch on discipline).

In 2022, I regularly looked after a toy-poodle named Georgie. She has endless energy! So, daily trips to the park were a must, with at least an hour of fetch to keep her happy.

I have truly adored every pet I have looked after, and I'm quite easy going so I'm happy for them to sleep in my bed if they like that, and my life is very flexible so I can fit into the routine your pets need and are used to.

I prioritise great communication with home owners, and as a former video journalist I can guarantee some beautiful pics, videos and portraits of your dogs while you're away haha! I do love a photo shoot with the many beautiful pets and if you like the comms, I send them through to you to keep you updated.
