Hi, my name is Jodie. My husband, Matt and I, plus our bird Momo are available for house and pet sitting. We are both currently studying online and are taking this opportunity to travel and experience living in different areas of Australia. We have over 25 years experience in caring for other people's property as if it were our own, through renting but we would like to exit the rental market for awhile so that we may actually save for our own home.

For the last 20 years we have both worked successfully as Horticulturists in Sydney, Cairns and Brisbane and love to talk about plants and the amazing things they can do. As such, we're keen for any home and garden work as part of our sitting duties, as well as pet care as we love the company of all animals. We are clean and tidy people and will maintain your home to high standards and appreciate and respect your privacy and property.

My parents live in Coffs Harbour, and I am their personal house sitter whenever they travel! I am usually always available to house sit in Coffs as I love to be near my family when I can.

I initally started sitting in July 2023 in Melbourne, by myself, so I could spend time with my younger sister. I've also spent time in Tasmania, the Gold Coast hinterland and Coffs Harbour sitting solo. Matt has joined me in Coffs Harbour, Gosford and Chinderah for long term sits.

We are currently sitting in another location in Gosford and have been here since April 2025. We are due to finish up here the beginning to mid November 2025.

I've been a horticulturist for 20+ years and have decided to study Canine myofunctional therapy moving forward. Every experience I have caring for a pet is going to be gratefully received as accumulating knowledge and experience so I can be a skilled therapist after I graduate.
