More information about this house sitter

Hi, I'm Georgie. I'm a trail runner and hiker who comes from rural New Zealand and now calls Tasmania home. I'm able to work remotely and I enjoy experiencing different parts of the state by housesitting and getting to explore the trails around each home. My favourite things in my spare time are having too many cups of tea, reading books and being outside in a garden.

I'm experienced with animals big and small, having grown up on a farm, riding horses, stock handling and having cats and dogs of our own. My dog Frida is back in New Zealand and don't have any pets here, so if I housesit for you, it would just be me, however on weekends my partner Liz likes to join me when she's not on call for work. Liz is a wonderful human who is fascinated by physics and the world around her, but she doesn't have the same freedom as I do to work remotely and housesit around the state, so she is based in the north.

I'm also an avid gardener, but I understand that everyone has their own preferences on the care and look of a garden, so I'm careful to follow instructions to the letter.
