Hi, I'm Hayden, a 30-year-old running and strength coach based in Sydney. Most of my coaching is online, so I work from home for a good part of the day. That means your place stays lived in and looked after rather than sitting empty.

I have years of experience living with and looking after animals, so your pets are in good hands and will stick to their normal routine. I'm tidy, organised and reliable. I'll follow your instructions properly and send regular updates and photos so you can relax while you're away.

I'm available for sits of any length until mid 2027, with longer sits especially welcome. I'm always happy to chat or meet beforehand.
