Hello, animal lovers!

I’m a qualified canine massage therapist with extensive experience working at a dog daycare, volunteering at animal shelters and training centres. I have loved caring for dogs in my own home. I’ve spent a lot of time learning to understand dogs’ body language, help them feel comfortable, and notice when something doesn’t seem quite right and know when to raise concern or communication.

Animals have always been a big part of my life. Over the years, friends and family have kindly trusted me to care for their dogs; a compliment I never take for granted. I’ve also shared my life with a rescue dog who had health issues and behavioural challenges. Caring for him taught me patience and how much a calm, gentle approach can mean to nervous, sensitive or special-needs pets. I miss him dearly, and I’m grateful for everything he taught me.

I’ll admit it: I’m a complete dog creep. I adore meeting dogs on the street or at the beach, and I’ve even been known to chat to them through car windows in traffic. Dogs just light me up!
I have also done farm stays cared and tended to cats, goats, horses, turtles and birds!

I work remotely, so I can be at home with your pets throughout the day, wherever you need me. They’ll have company, familiar routines and plenty of affection, and you can feel reassured that they’re in caring hands. Read more...
