Shirley and Henry, friendly active, responsible, retired grandparents (non smokers) living in Sunshine Coast looking to spend more time in Cairns to visit family and stay in the tropics which we love.
Previously working as teachers and community workers in the territory and having travelled a lot, we have had considerable experience both as house sitters ourselves and with others house sitting our home. Now living on our 2 acre property in the Sunshine Coast, we also want to spend more time with family and granddaughter living in Whitfield Cairns

Over the years we have had many loved furry, feathered and finned family, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, fish and visiting snakes who we miss, so happy to care for other's loved ones and are attentive to special needs.

We lived in Darwin for many years so understand and love the tropics even in the wet.

We have a practical approach to house and garden care, keep a good eye on everything, know where the hoses are and keep in contact with owners as agreed.
Long housesits are also welcome.
