Hello,

I am recently Widowed. My Husband Gary and I travelled Austrlia for 6.5 years, housesitting on this site and we had a ball! Sadly Gary left this world in Nov 2025. I am now travelling solos...BUT I ahave a companion, Maple.

Maple is a 2 year Golden Rettriever / Kelpie with abundant energy and a Huge heart. She has become very close to me now we are 2Oakleys.

I have various experience housesitting on acerage be it large or small and homes in suburbia.

I am still wanting to travel within Queensland, at the moment, to get my solo legs.

As you will see Gary & I have many references but I do not have nay yet , solo, I am sure they will come.

I would need to be able to bring Maple with me when I housesit. She is extremley well behaved, loves other dogs, house trained and obedient.

I love dogs, have lots of experience with them and can provide photos etc. Other animals are great too, but I draw the line at snakes and reptiles. :-(

I am a non smoker, who enjoys an occasional wine.
I have a Police Check available.
